Product Advantage

4. Under normal circumstances, the charging demand of the battery is 400A and the voltage meets 750V, so the power of the charging pile is selected as P=UV That is, the power is 300kW.

5. The motor controller and 4-in-1 controller are used for joint control. The motor controller independently controls the driving motor to realize precise control of walking, braking and force taking. The controller integrates a motor driver, a DC-DC for charging 24V batteries, a power steering driver, an air compressor driver, a high voltage DC power distribution port for defrosting, and a high voltage output port for the air conditioner compressor.

6. The longitudinal beam section adopts two layers of 450×120×12 groove beam structure, which has better bending and torsional resistance and can adapt to the harsh working conditions in mining areas. All bolts on the frame are made of 10.9 class tightening bolts, high reliability and long life, not easy to loose; Single girder structure, effectively reduce the vehicle center of gravity of 100mm, small torsion range.
